Had a nice stay. Navigating in and out is bit confusing but once we got used to it it was smooth. The direct entry to the street was a plus point dor going to the masjidul haram. The arabic coffee, nuts anf fruits delivered to the room as compliment was a pleasant surprise. Had opted for half board and the food had good selections and was good.

We had a bit of a struggle to make payment to you. We were forced to use a relatives credit card. Allowing debit card with some deposit will probably help.

The admin upgarded our room and allowed us for a late checkout. The room service and breakfast staff were on point and very welcoming. Loved every bit of our stay, and will definitely be coming back here only.
