Although we booked Kaaba view, windows were not clean, so couldn't see it clearly. Overall one of the best experience. Queue for reception was long and had to wait there a lot. Room service was good. Breakfast was also amazing and delicious.

We had the best experience at this hotel. At first instance Khaani (reception staff) upgraded us to a room with a view of the Khaba and made our stay that extra special! Will definitely visit again
