The location was great, the room size was very good, all the services was excellent, this was not the 1st time for me in this hotel and definitely I'll be back again

Only 2 things I will point out is , the AC was noisy but could be adjusted down and it was manageable and the safety lock on the outside of the bathroom/shower room wasn't operational however it wasn't a major issue. The service, the cleanliness, the customer service was all phenomenal and upto standard, I wouldn't have accepted or expected anything less for. A 4/5 star hotel and it does deliver. They accommodated us with a later check out which was appreciated, the overall was of getting to and from the haram was fantastic, they had a great selection of a breakfast buffet and overall a quality hotel. This is our second time and insha'Allah there will be a 3rd time as well as we will come back and highly recommend this place. It's a great hotel for autistic kids as our child has autism, the rooms are nice spaced and great big elevators , it isn't noisy and the rooms seem to have good sound proofing as "other hotels" you can hear the noises from other rooms, not this. Reception staff where excellent and on point.
