The hotel are located in the clocktower. Just 2 minutes walk from Haram mosque. The room are specious and you can pray in your room with Haram Jamaa if your room are having Haram view. Compare with other hotels, swissotel is cheaper but still very expensive. Don’t expect to have that fancy five stars service but averagly feared.

My family and I are very happy with this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms were very spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

First of all, it was a low season yet it the price was expensive. Second of all, the break fast was not the a good experience where it was crowded and unorganized at all. Ppl all around the place and not in order. One of the rooms in the booking was supposed to be one bed (king size) however, due to the limitation or whatever the reason I got a two separate bed instead.
