The hotel was in an excellent location. Convenient access to the Masjid and to the mall for food, shops etc. The rooms were spacious and well set out. Customer service at the desk was efficient and polite. I was unsure about the housekeeping service, however. We did not have daily room cleans, somebody would knock and ask if we needed anything and whereas we did not always need any physical items, I did not realise this was the cue to request a room clean. I did raise this with them one day in the evening, and the staff checked his chart and said we told them we only wanted water.

I have had such a wonderful and memorable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hospitality, cleanliness, and kindness of the staff have made our stay in Makkah even more special and comfortable. I would especially like to mention Mr kawser ahmed from Housekeeping. He has been absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. He is very respectful, kind, ardworking, and attentive. He always made sure our room was beautifully cleaned and comfortable and that we had everything we needed. His warm and helpful attitude really stood out to us. People like kawser are a true asset to a hotel because they make guests feel genuinely looked after.

Alhamdulillah the hotel and location was very good.The family enjoyed the stay. Also breakfast was very good too. We were on 12th floor, Abdullah the cleaner was very helpful and kind,he provided all which was required. However just one thing i wanted to mention is that if there can be a seating place in the shower that would be good.
