The hotel itself is beautiful Spa and the hair salon are exceptional and provide really high standard of treatment. The cleaning service was really good. The only down fall was the female receptionist and the rooms itself. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything especially if you in one of connected rooms. The mattresses are firm so if you are used to soft bed or have any physical issues, you will not have a great sleep. Overall, I do highly recommend the hotel and would book again.

We have had yet another great experience staying here at Swisshotel in Izmir. We were given a great room, overlooking the gardens of the hotel which was being used this time for the hotel's Christmas Town event. As usual, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly in dealing with our luggage and parking our car. We must make a special mention of Irem Teriyaki who organised so much for Colin's birthday, a birthday card from Swisshotel, a present of books about one man's odyssey around Turkey describing history, culture and places to visit, and a birthday cake delivered to our room. Another special mention must go to Alara who served us in the lobby restaurant and had such beautiful English and she was so happy to talk to us. Scappi, the restaurant on the 9th floor, continues to fail us. Colin's meal was cooked correctly but Jenny's vegetarian meal had over-salted mushroom sauce and her lentil pates tasted like chicken flavoured tofu.

We had a wonderful stay, unfortunately I forgot his name at the moment but there was a person who was at the executive lounge in the afternoon/evening of our check-in (04.12) and again in the reception desk doing our checkout (05.12); he has been extremely helpful (thanks especially to him, I hope that you can find his name from given data) ; as was the rest of the staff.

Hi, those rooms that are looking at the street are very loud, since I booked it over online no one told us at the checkinn although I heard the other guy said it who did checkinn for the other guests but it was too late for us, yeah we stayed for couple of nights still had to use my ear plugs. Next thing is the restaurant the first breakfast was too crowded, no tables no service, people were trying to put money to the working guy to bring their friends from outside or whatever. Anyway, spa lady was nice, bed is comfy and yet I had to pay for 2 nesspresso at my room? Shame, cheap nescaffe is classy for sure.? To whom it might come.., Best regards.
