HOW TO CHOOSE A MEMBERSHIP?

Define the type of services you require;

Choose the preferred part of the day or full day access;

Decide on the payment – monthly payment plan without additional benefits, 6 months or 12 months prepaid Membership packages including specific package based benefits outlined below.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MONTHLY AND PREPAID MEMBERSHIPS?

If you choose for 6 or 12 months prepaid package an attractive discount will apply;

Benefits (if applicable) will be at your disposal after receipt of the payment;

6 & 12 months prepaid packages can be suspended respectively for 4 or 8 weeks (restrictions apply);

Monthly payment plan does not include additional benefits and suspension of the Membership is not possible;

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE MONTHLY PAYMENTS IF I AM NOT JOINING THE CLUB ON 1ST OF THE MONTH?

For the current month you will pay the remaining days of the month pro rata;

You will pay as well for the following month or make the prepayment for the 6 or 12 months ;

For example, if you start your membership on the 16th of June and you chose membership with a monthly fee 70 € (i.e. 2.34 per day) then the first membership payment will be for 15 days in June x 2.34=35€ + the monthly fee for July 70€ = 105€ and next payment is on 1st of August. All prices in this example are of indicative nature and the actual fees applicable are determined on the basis of the Price List valid at the time of singing the Membership Agreement.

WHEN WILL MY MEMBERSHIP BE ACTIVATED?

Your membership will be activated after signing of the Membership Agreement by you as well by the representative of Purovel Spa & Sport and respective payment is made.

HOW CAN I SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP?

Only the prepaid 6 & 12 months Membership packages can be suspended for a total of 4 weeks or 8 weeks respectively. The Membership package can be suspended for no less than 1 week and not more than for 2 weeks at a time.

The Member must give at least 14 days advance notice of the Member’s intention to exercise the right of suspension via email to the Purovel Spa & Sport Manager.

HOW CAN I TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

The monthly membership can be terminated without giving any reason by giving the Purovel Spa & Sport Manager advance notice thereof in writing at least 30 days via e-mail purovel.membership@swissotel.com. 6 & 12 months prepaid memberships cannot be terminated prematurely by the Member.
