I liked the hotel’s location, the spacious room, and the view of the city. The breakfast was very good, and the staff in the breakfast area were very attentive. I also really liked the restrained brown and pastel tones used throughout the hotel’s interior. Perhaps the pool and sauna area are a bit small for such a large hotel, but around 18:30 there were very few people there. The lighting by the bathroom mirror could be brighter.

We were warmly welcomed, staff at reception and the hotel was very kind and helpful. The special cake for birthday celebration was a big surprise, thanks for that!

As I have previously worked as Dutt Manager in the same hotel, I always check the cleanliness of the room, and was a bit sad, that cleaners forget to wipe the dust from top of the closet, there was a pile of dust collected over time, shower drain had some papertowel particles and few hair left from previous guest. Carpet needs to be chemically cleaned as it had stains all over it . Room was 2307. Otherwise It was great to be back!

Only negative thing, was that the above-head shower (rain effect) was quite clogged with scale and the other showerhead only shot straight. Small details, everything else was perfect.
