Not the best experience. I booked a room for 180 eur Grand room with breakfest and spa. When I arrived aparently I was offered lower quality and smaller room and still I had to pay extra for something 210 eur . The room had used signs a lot. Minibar doors where do worn they stand not straight. Shower head is so old that water is not coming out of all holes in showerhead. Room termostat was broken, you can adjust + or - it doest work its not conected to system couse its detached from the device. So we arrived from dinner and room was so cold and you could adjust the temperature only opening up the sensor and adjusting small knob inside. And now I got cold from that freezing room. Spa area was not very warm it must be warmer. I spilled some drink on bedsheet and called to reception for fresh bedsheet , somebody answered and said yes they will bring but nothing hapened. And in breakfest reception man was very rude , after saying hello and room number he kept asking thre times how are you how are you , weird experience. Later he kept running after one man who was making breakfest asking for room number. Very strange experience and deposit for room is still not back on my card after 3 days. Good view but feeling was like in old hotel that was once a 5 star hotel.

I have stayed in Swissotel many times, by myself and with family. And this time it was noticeable that the standards have gone down. While reception help was good, it was weird to hear from the staff member that while i come here often, maybe it is time to look for something else. Which is surprising to hear for a long standing customer. The room didn't have team or coffee or some of the usual bathroom amenities. When cleaning was done (requested only once) the bathroom amenities showed up but tea and coffee not. The cleaning was partially only done - dirty cups and glasses were not replaced. When my husband ordered a burger for room service from the menu - he also ordered a wine and chips with it. But apparently these were already included, even though this was not mentioned on the menu or by the staff member who took the order. The person who brought the order to the room didn't seem to know anything. Overall it didn't feel like a 5 star experience anymore.

Honestly i was expecting more..personal was good and helpful. Spa area is too small for hotel size..there is no rest area after massages..at the pool area there is no sunbeds or only 4..no place to hang towel..Breakfast are too small
