Upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that breakfast, lunch, and dinner were at either Asian Market Cafe or Clove. What outraged me was that when I went to Clove for lunch, the staff kicked me out, saying the dining room was full! The same thing happened with dinner; the hotel replaced it with fast food, which is unsuitable for someone with a weak constitution like me! So I had to go without! Why did Singapore Airlines choose this hotel?! It's a place that deceives customers! They sell one type of food for money and then deliver something else? If Clove was full, why would they dare sell it to us?

This was my second time to go Skai during my stay. Experience was as bad as the 1st time. This time we were being refused entry and was asked to go to Stamford Brasserie our welcome drink. This shall be my last time to stay at Swissôtel.

Please convey this feedback to Ann, denika, and Ini. I am very impressed with their customer service. Unfortunately I do not remember who was it that helped me with my Accor membership it was either Ann or denika. And she did not wear glasses. Whoever She was she was a great help. Thank you once again to these 3 individuals!
