Since my holiday is already over, I'm not gonna hold any longer. I don't care if you take this seriously or no but yeah it's a big dissappointment for me. I booked 2 rooms for my family of 4 ppl, 1 room was ready pretty early and the other one was ready almost 3 pm. I understand that rooms were subject to availability, but almost 3 pm ? There is no point for being accor gold then ? Seriously ? Then when I asked your guy to notify me through email if the room was ready, the guy kept saying sorry and cannot as he couldn't make sure when it would be ready. He asked me to come back around 2 or 3 pm. Then I came back around 2ish pm, the room wasn't ready and the other staff asked me to wait another 10 mins. After 10 mins I came back again and asked, without any word came out from her mouth with such an attitude I just got the key. After midnight flight that tiring me so much, such an attitude wasn't welcoming me at all. Okay that was one ugly point from me about the check in process. The second was the lunch experience on my arrival date. Because my family and I were very tired from night flight, we decided to go to your restaurant at level 2 for having lunch. We kindly asked the lady staff for the menu to have a look but she kept directing us to sit first to the table. When we said we wanted to see first, again your staff gave us such an attitude, gave the menu to us and left us. Until the guy (guess he was the manager) came to me and explained we couldn't eat there as the restaurant were booked by group. He kindly directed us to the 1st floor with a good gesture and attitude (unlike with the previous lady staff). I am just wondering how could such a good hotel like swissotel having so many staffs with weird attitude. I believe this is not a language barrier, my father can speak mandarin and your staffs can also speak english, this is more about the attitude. Ppl working in hotel should learn more about hospitality. You should teach your management better about this. Then the third point was daily housekeeping. On the third and forth day of my staying, I noticed that the staff didn't refill the teabags. Until the next day I kept opening the box to let them see it's needed to be refilled. Shouldn't be it checked regularly by your staff without asking ? If you guys are 3 star hotel I can understand but I didn't expect such a thing from 5 star hotel. Oh last point that is not so important but probably needed improvement was the breakfast. Your hotel breakfast style and variety was very boring. Same menu everyday and minimum protein? It was still edible, taste was decent, but seriously I regret book my rooms with breakfast with that experience. The only thing I appreciate the most about my staying experience was your concierge staff. I ordered stuffs from taobao and your concierge staff was very handful and thoughtful. He handled things with a good thought and kind gesture, I didn't know the name but I do trully appreciate him. But this experience helped me to confirm that I wouldn't renew my accor plus membership for the next period. I was holding all these stuffs when I stayed there as I didn't want to ruin my family holiday mood. With such an attitude from your staffs, I didn't see any point to talk much during my holiday. And now I don't care if you take this seriously or no as this is your business not mine anyway. Good luck!

Only positive was the location, but Taxi in and out of hotel was slow due to heavy traffic. Check in was slow, service was not great, concierge was a mess, took more than a day for them to find my parcels, they also knocked and opened our room door to deliver it after 9.30pm when we're in bed. Room was clean but had to ask for amenities as there was non in the room. I hurt my arm on the sharp corner of towel rack while reaching to shut the bathroom blinds, soap dispenser cheap and broke when i tried to use it. Shower drain was clogged. Never again.

They are riding on a Swissness which they don't provide at all. After having lived 25 years in Switzerland, I dare to say that this is a unswiss as it gets
