Our Business Centre at the Front Desk is available to you 24 hours a day at no charge. Facilities include two complete workstations with printer and high speed internet access.

Our Housekeeping department will be pleased to take care of your special requests such as: Baby cot, laundry service, anti-allergenic bed linen, dry cleaning, air freshener, pressing service, pillow service and more.
We offer you dry cleaning service from Monday to Sunday. Please contact Housekeeping before 8.00 a.m. for same day delivery and your items will be collected accordingly. Please fill in the laundry form with your name, your room number and the number of items. For laundry delivered to Housekeeping between 8.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. for same day delivery, a surcharge of 50% will apply. On Saturdays 50% surcharge will apply, on Sundays and bank holidays 100% surcharge will apply.
If you need medical assistance, please contact the Front Desk or the Manager on Duty day and night. Please notice that by law we are not allowed to issue painkillers or similar. Should you need any medicine, we will arrange to pick it up on your behalf from a nearby pharmacy. Oxygen tanks are available at a cost.
Pets are not allowed.

Every room provides a safe deposit box. Alternatively you may use the hotel safe at the Front Desk. Swissotel Quito takes no responsibility for valuables left in your room.
