We stayed for a period of 7 days and we stayed in 2 different rooms due to our bookings. The first room we had was ideal and facilities were great. The second room that they moved us to were called the innovative room at level 24 but we felt that it wasn’t innovative at all. The water kettle area wasn’t ideal because there was no space to put our own water bottles compared to the previous room. The toilet door has a sound when fully closed and there was no place to hang our towels behind the door unlike the first room. Though the bed was really spacious but pillows were too soft for us. Lastly, the TV was not working for the 3 nights we were in the room. We can’t go into Netflix or YouTube. Even though we had people coming in to check at night and the day after it couldn’t be resolved. I guess the connection was really bad in that room. We didn’t have this issue at the other room though. Hope the hotel could improve and ensure their facilities are working well. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed for four nights, and even up until the last night we had trouble finding the hotel in the station. Better signage would be very helpful. The hotel is very nice and the athletic facilities are excellent. The breakfast is also excellent.

Generous room size but small bathroom. I dislike showers over a bath. So dangerous. Very old school American hotel style. This one particularly bad because no grab rail on wall to help make big step over bath safely. So then decided to use bath. Filled tub, got in to find soap etc fixed to wall for shower height!! And this was supposedly a newly refurbished room Coffee shop in lobby opens too late for serving snacks Staff very friendly & helpful Amazing breakfast buffet

Close to all the places we wanted to visit and see. Best was so close to transport from airport.
