Stayed here with our family of four. The hotel has connecting rooms, ideal for families. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast buffet spread was very good. Easy to travel to and from kansai airport, as it is situated directly above the train station. Downside is they don't have coin laundry (but has hotel laundry service). Also, it took a while for us to get checked-in to our rooms, and had to follow up luggages to be delivered to our rooms

Accor Plus - Platinum Member * Upgrade unavailable therefore 2,000 yen (approx $20 AUD) credit received which was a nice gesture. * Welcome gift - 5 x chocolates * Exec Lounge available for breakfast, afternoon tea + evening canapés & cocktails. The bar of an evening is self serve, 3 x premixed cocktail choices + a variety of spirits, beer, wine etc. A section in Level 36 restaurant was also made available of an evening due to the exec. lounge being at capacity, unfortunately there wasn’t much of an atmosphere up there but appreciate the option. * I used the swimming pool + spa however didn’t use the Japanese bath house or sauna, I believe there is now a fee for those. It certainly was a different experience with having no shoe, carpeted entry, automated shower upon exiting change room to the pool (I usually shower prior however hadn’t witnessed the auto shower) and then the requirement to wear shower caps whilst swimming. The pool is set up more for laps than a leisure pool. I’ve included a pic however it is google image only. * Hubby thought it was a great gym with lots of equipment. * We only had snacks & drinks at the Level 36 bar however did receive A+ discounts. * Welcome drink was from a set menu which did include a few cocktail choices. * Buffet breakfast at Level 36 has a large variety. We didn’t try the breakfast at the exec. lounge. * Fantastic location, above train station, walking distance to a lot of eateries. * Staff were very friendly & attentive, particularly Jin who was in the exec. lounge one evening then at the bar at Level 36 the following night. * This was our first visit to Japan so a few things for other first time visitors. We loved the heated toilet seat, pyjamas provided in room (one size fits all, we didn’t wear them, they seemed very heavy). Beds were very hard & Osaka City Tax payable upon departure, not included in original booking. * We would recommend this hotel.
