오사카 갈 때마다 묵는 호텔입니다. 위치는 정말 더할나위 없이 최고입니다. 3층에서 내려서 바로 지하철/라피트 탑승이 가능한 건 여행의 시작과 끝을 좌우하는 포인트가 되지요. 조식도 계속 바뀌어서(바뀌는 덕분에 첫날 먹었던 걸 못 먹어서 아쉽) 몇박을 묵더라도 지겹지 않습니다. 다음에는 10층의 마사지샵을 이용해보고 싶네요.

Nice rooms, great view, helpful and friendly staff. Swissotel Osaka plays way above its weight. Location is second to none.

We enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel Nankai with excellent service provided from all of the staff we encountered during our 7 nights. Booking the club room provided for some welcome quiet time at the end of a busy days exploring & a great breakfast to start the morning. Sitting on top of the Namba station, the hotel is in a perfect location for access to not only the Osaka region but also for many other areas in Japan. We did easy day trips to Nara & Kyoto via the subway. It is surrounded by a huge amount of shopping & dining options that are within easy walking distance. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Osaka.

I appreciate the large swimming pool, gym, and sauna facilities. The room is spacious, offers great views, and the service is excellent. I love that the hotel supports LGBTQ+ inclusivity, which makes it a truly welcoming and appreciated place. However, the gym is not available 24/7 to guests, while it is accessible 24/7 to airline crew, which I find unfair. On the other hand, I have stayed at W Osaka and Mercure Osaka, where the gym is open 24/7. I believe round-the-clock gym access is now a standard requirement for 4- and 5-star hotels. Lastly, I think the style and décor of the pool and gym could be upgraded, as they feel too old-school.

Good stay

Enjoyed the room, onsen (pretty basic), the food at breakfast and convenient location over Namba Station. The gym equipment are dated and do not keep up with the rest of the hotel. Arriving from the Namba Station was difficult, clear instructions required.
