The location is very convenient, right above Namba Station, making it easy to go anywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful. Since it was my first time in Japan, I was initially a bit confused with the directions, but once I understood them, everything was actually very clear

We were pleasantly surprised by how central the location was, a lift down directly to the AirPort Express and just off the street from the shopping district. The hotel was also well maintained and room size was decent with a great view. At this price point it, especially when we booked only a few days ahead and during Christmas time, we’d definitely come back.

Room size was great for 3 pax. We could fit all our luggages comfortably in the room. Amenities and toiletries like soap and toothbrushes were great too. We could tune into English channels like CNN which was a plus for us. The breakfast served on Level 36 was amazing, with a wide variety of items offered (both Western and Asian). We love the Japanese dishes like the silky tofu that melted in the mouth. So tasty! The hotel's location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from Shinsaibashi-suji and Dotonbori district, and right at the Namba Nankai traction station. Highly recommend the hotel!
