From the moment We arrived at the Tunnel lobby, we were impressed by the warm welcome and easy check-in process. The staff's friendly smiles were a much-needed mood booster after enduring a long-hours land trip from Eastern Province. Our room was superb, offering both impeccable cleanliness and a breathtaking view. Throughout my stay, I encountered many kind and helpful staff members, and I truly wish I could mention all their names. Thank you once again for providing memorable stay. I look forward to visiting Swissôtel Makkah again in the future.
