Well located and comfortable stay. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. Some dishes did not seem fresh and others were not cooked well, especially the shrimp and crab. The shrimp were also not properly cleaned. Despite the large buffet, I couldn’t find anything tasty to eat.

The hotel is clean and has a very good location. I especially enjoy staying here during Ramadan, as the Kaaba view suites make it easy to pray from the comfort of the room. It offers good value for money. The staff are very friendly, and I highly appreciate the promptness of the service, even though the hotel is extremely busy during this period. Iftar and suhoor could be improved. The only real downside is the check-in time. During Ramadan, check-in is at 6 pm while check-out is at 12 pm, which feels quite unreasonable and unfair for guests.
