Fantastic location to the haram. The side entrance at busier times is a great options with a Fantastically pleasant security officer at the gate. Overall the staff in reception and Concierge were great and the housekeeping team was amazing too. If i had to to pick one negative it's that the washrooms need a makeover and need to be bigger bit thats me being highly critical. Would always look to rebook in the future

We’ve been staying here for umerah for the last few years and has been good experience. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast and dinners have loads of different varieties for different pallets. Overall good experience.
