After several disappointing experiences in the past, Swissôtel Al Maqam has completely regained my trust, and this is entirely due to the outstanding work of Mme Reem. Her dedication to customer service is truly extraordinary.Mme Reem did an amazing job from the very beginning. She listened to my concerns with genuine care and took the initiative to offer me a complimentary upgrade, which completely transformed my stay. The follow-up was then flawlessly handled by her colleague Nojoud, ensuring that this impeccable level of service was maintained until the very end.It is thanks to Mme Reem’s leadership and professionalism, combined with the excellent continuity provided by Nojoud, that I am leaving completely satisfied. A huge thank you to this great team, and a special recognition to Mme Reem for making such a positive impact!

Amazing hotel with an excellent location directly opposite the Haram. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

The staff were friendly and polite. For a premium triple room with kabah view I expected the room to be a little bigger but the view was spectacular. The room smelt a little so may be useful to have bukhoor burning in the hallways and rooms. Some of the equipment were faulty also but staff were quick to resolve alhamdulillaah. Overall, as always, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. Breakfast was good.
