I have booked a quad partial view Kaaba room but was given room with Haram view. And upon complaining after checking in the room, given a 2 bed hardly view of Kaaba room by saying all other rooms are booked without any compensation.

Our family stay at Swissôtel Al Maqam was truly excellent. The suite was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. What impressed me most was that the room was ready before the official check-in time, kindly arranged in advance due to my health condition. Although this was my second stay, I still found it somewhat difficult to reach the reception from the car drop-off. Check-in was slow and took around 15 minutes of waiting. The location is good and very close to the Haram, which is a plus. The main drawback of the hotel is the breakfast and the restaurant staff. The menu is limited and quite ordinary, and the staff attitude felt budget-level. There is significant room for improvement in this area.

Fantastic service with incredibly helpful staff. Perfectly located just a 1-minute walk away from the Grand Mosque. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!
