The hotel is very well located. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff are friendly and professional. Room service is excellent. The only point I deducted was for the long wait at reception. I will definitely go back.

Everything was superb Staff is super friendly and serve with passion and love. Food is tasty and fresh with a wide variety. Buffet is very well organized with an appealing food display. Room is super clean and housekeeping staff are everywhere if I need anything. And here's to come to the best part of my stay, my room's view, my room with a direct Kaaba view which really made my heart and soul full, and enhanced all my surroundings with a spiritual vibes. I can't wait to come back and book again and again at Swissotel Almaqam Makkah

Cleaners and staff very helpful, hotel has good location and food is good. Only issues i have is the breakfast egg omelette line is so big that you don't get chance to get any. Also, bathroom showers some tiles looked bit worn so maybe look into repairing. Otherwise loved the stay thank you.
