Hotel is nice and modern, but as it was low season we felt a bit out of place. There is really nothing else around than skiing. The restaurant is quite pricey, but food was good. The rooms are nicely decorated, but already show some signs of usage like the bathroom door not shutting properly and the lights not working. Also, the matress is so hard, never experienced that before. They are not too familiar with the Accor Program, welcome drink was unclear, preference list as Platinum member definitely not observed. All by all good place, but wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed in a very spacious and nice apartment at an affordable price, but… Everything at the resort seems to function without much logic. People book this rather expensive hotel because of the ski-in/ski-out convenience, yet upon arrival we were told that the ski depot had been rented out to an external company—which was closed—so we couldn’t use it at all. As a result, we had to use our car in the garage as a ski storage, which is far from practical. The restaurant prices are higher than in even better resorts in Austria, and the same goes for the massages. On top of that, the air conditioning in the massage room cannot be adjusted, making it both too cold and too noisy. Overall, quite disappointing and, honestly, ridiculous.

Stayed 1 night only, but managed to see that the hotel is up to the full standards. Absolutely all hotel staff is very kind and professional. Flexible with check in and out. Food is excellent as well as available facilities.
