Dear Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissôtel Büyük Efes İzmir once again, and I would like to thank the entire team for another wonderful experience. As always, everything was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Fadime for her support with my reservation and for making the whole process seamless. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and look forward to staying with you again soon. Best regards, Anıl D.

Let’s start with reception,..awful,.the attitude of your new staff,..awful,.the breakfast,.having to ask for cutlery,..sugar,.the arrogance of the breakfast staff,.yep awful The pool staff are excellent as always,.very quick,.polite,.and prompt,.so 5 star for them I don’t eat at the hotel after the last visit a few years ago,.there’s better food all around in other restaurants,.so I cannot comment there. The hotel seems to care more about the ‘events’ its host and the people who stay here are definitely second,.that said I’ll be there next year just because of convenience for my business Overall your a 3 star at best

The hotel was nice. Great views and 2 swimming pools which was nice. Comfortable rooms but the price we paid for a family versus one of the lower rooms was definitely too much. As the lower price room better in terms of view and not that small compared to the family room. The hotel is way overpriced for even the smallest things. If you request something from your room, you’ll wait over an hour to get it. The breakfast was advertised as an American breakfast which was far from it. The chefs making the eggs to order were not very experienced. Drenching the eggs and vegetables in lots of oil, often under cooking or burning the eggs. One of the chefs was making me an omelette and walked away doing other stuff for a few minutes while the eggs were burning on the grill. After coming back, she folded the eggs into an omelette, never turning it over, so I had a burned omelette that was uncooked on the inside. On the positive side, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I wouldn’t stay here again as I think Movenpick is much better.
