This is one of the best stay in any hotel I have visited; the hotel staff are welcoming, always smiling and very helpful. They don’t have a no for answer, they are always willing to help and make our stay amazing. The staff at the concierge desk and at the reception were professionals, smiling and provided key support to make our stay this wonderful. The food at the hotel especially the breakfast has been rich, healthy, fresh and central delicious. The location of the hotel added on the charm of our stay.

The room was nice. Air conditioning was good. Free breakfast was average. Service was good. Gym was average. Spa looked nice. Location was good. But there was some very loud music at night in the hotel grounds. This would be hard for people who want to relax and sleep at night. Maybe ask for a quiet side of the hotel, if you're going to stay there and you're not aware of what events are on the go.

It wasn't bad but being an All-Accor Gold member has no meaning at this specific Hotel. They don't really help out with room upgrades or late check-out. It's a different experience from what you see in Europe or the US.
