The experience was extremely disappointing, given that I had personally called your in-house reservations team before my stay to arrange the booking and make sure I would receive exactly what I was looking for. Despite this, we were given an apartment rather than a suite, in what felt like a deserted building next to the hotel. When I raised the issue with the reception team, I understood that there was no immediate solution, but I was assured that we would be moved to the hotel for our final two nights, Wednesday and Thursday. Unfortunately, there appeared to be very little follow-up or sense of urgency. We were only contacted at 6:00 pm on Wednesday about changing rooms, which was extremely disappointing and made the promised solution feel almost like an afterthought. We were also unable to make use of the hotel's gym and swimming pools since having to leave our apartment and walk across to the hotel simply to access main hotel facilities was inconvenient and significantly reduced our ability to enjoy what your hotel had to offer. The location of the apartment made the overall experience feel very disconnected from the main hotel, which was not what I expected when booking our stay. Given the effort I had made in advance to ensure the correct accommodation, I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and care from a hotel of this standard.

Excellent , we enjoyed the stay, the lavish room style and the lavish breakfast and the welcoming atmosphere. Though Istanbul is the real story of any visit to her, but Swissotel was a big add up to the experience not just any 5 - star hotel. I Will for sure reserve it again on my next trip. I would like to thank all the staff for the nice stay we had.
