It was great to be back at this wonderful property and experience the same excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Talha, Su, and the housekeeping team, especially the lady who looked after our room—her care and attention were truly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, although I would suggest adding dried figs, as they are a local specialty, and reviewing the quality of the smoked salmon. A kids' club would also be a great addition to enhance the family experience. Overall, my wife, children, and I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely consider returning in the future.

It was a wonderful experience at Swisshotel, we regret not staying at this hotel earlier. The view from Executive Lounge is breathtaking, quality of coffee was excellent, illy is the best quality coffee from my point of view, they have been so kind to prepare lactose free cappuccino as well. People serving at Executive Lounge is highly qualified people, service, solution mindset. I would like to recognize Emre and Oznur especially and also Russian lady ( apologies I don’t remember her name) she has been very kind to offer watermelon for my son when buffet was closed.

As accor diamond member i was upgraded to jakkuzi suite. As usual thr best hotel for me. Every detailed been thought. Staff is very helpfull. Furkan from reception, Kiraz in mAdhus and whole cleaning team are doing their best to male you feel at home. Welcone amenity was nicely presented
