Good room and service but let down by baggage delivery service, I waited an hour for my bags to be delivered on arrival and only after I went down to the desk and pointed to my bags that they brought them up. It was almost as bad when I was leaving nobody came for 20 minutes so then I went down to the car waiting for us and he was able to get a staff member to bring them down. This hotel appears to be dedicated to attracting company convention groups

This was the third time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Every time we come, we feel truly pampered and find every aspect of the service exceptional. From the warm welcome at Reception to the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room, from breakfast to the rooftop, and finally the outstanding Indian restaurant, which we consider one of the best we have ever experienced during our travels. We will definitely be back.
