We stayed at the Swissotel for 2 nights on the way to China. This was the 3rd time we stayed here and as before the decor was elegant and luxurious. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a wide range of amenities. Both the public and bedroom areas were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very varied and plentiful as well as a very high quality. The staff were polite, helpful and professional. This time our view of the Bosphorus was not as good as the previous two stays because it partially faced other buildings so was not as private. It was a little disappointing but everything else was perfect.

Superb location with exceptional panoramic views of Bosphorous, great service and spotless rooms and public areas. The gym & spa facilities are fantastic as it is the breakfast with a huge variety of items meeting even the most difficult traveller’s requirements. The team kind, polite and always smiling, makes you feel very welcomed.

We had great times in the Swissotel The Bosphorus, great people (special mention to Alp at the conciergerie and Loretta for the 17th executive floor). Except the service in the bar of the lobby, everything else was incredible. Our rooms were very pleasant, comfortable.
