From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. After we requested a quieter room due to the noise from an event, our request was handled quickly and efficiently, and we were moved to a peaceful room. Everything was arranged exactly as we had hoped. The quieter room, the thoughtful treats, and the special consideration shown to my parents made such a meaningful difference. They had just arrived after an incredibly long and exhausting journey, made even more difficult by the travel disruptions caused by the situation in Iran. Knowing they could finally relax in a comfortable and quiet room was a huge relief. Being able to surprise them with such a wonderful stay meant so much to me, and thanks to the hotel’s kindness and attention to detail, it became a reality. Seeing how happy and relaxed they were upon arrival was priceless. A heartfelt thank you to the Guest Relations, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams for their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a truly memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would happily stay here again.

This is one of the best stay in any hotel I have visited; the hotel staff are welcoming, always smiling and very helpful. They don’t have a no for answer, they are always willing to help and make our stay amazing. The staff at the concierge desk and at the reception were professionals, smiling and provided key support to make our stay this wonderful. The food at the hotel especially the breakfast has been rich, healthy, fresh and central delicious. The location of the hotel added on the charm of our stay.
