I visited Istanbul from Los Angeles and it was the first time I was coming to Istanbul alone, hotel safety and comfort was my priority along with the location and swissotel met all the requirements but the quality that stood out was the service, I wanted to mention Mr. Berkay Aytemel in the reception, Mr. Alp in concierge and Mr. Mustafa Cem, they helped me everyday and took care of all my travel needs. I regularly stay at Swissotel. This time my experience was below the usual high standard. Room service for early breakfast arrived about 20 minutes later than requested delivery time. Kettle in the room was leaking from the bottom.
