Room was great. Although a larger fridge and a washing machine would have made it perfect. Very difficult to communicate in English with some staff. The bar on top floor can do with big makeover we entered for five minutes and had to leave from patrons smoking inside.

I am an Accor gold member and had made a reservation for 3. On check in they said that they will only give breakfast to the gold member and not to the other 2 in the room. How strange! Then they did not entertain request for continuation in the same room. On the 3rd day when we asked for breakfast for all 3, not having used any on the earlier days, the duty manager said that we had one breakfast. Finally when we asked for confirmation did she relent. The concierge at the hotel is brilliant and always had a smile on his face and was very proactive. The other facilities in the property are good. We checked out and transferred to Mercure in Guangzhou and though it is a small property the facilities and staff were excellent

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swissotel Hotel Foshan With my friend Hotel is located in very famous area, you can reach every where in few minutes drive, adjacent to world class shopping Malls and a many food restaurants I booked a room 18th to 19th October 2025 for a short stay We arrived early before 8 AM, at reception Miss Mandy welcome us with a pleasent smile and help us to store our Luggage and board on the bus for Canton Fair, at check-in Mandy upgraded our room, She is very kind and supportive, thanks to Mandy and Duty manger Leno I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. As a Diamond member Hotel Staff warmly welcome us and take care of us for this whole stay, The rooms were impeccably maintained and offered all the necessary amenities. The lounge was pretty good , We love the experience,all the staff at lounge was very helpful and supportive Breakfast was great and lots of food verity and taste was really good, one of the best breakfast 🥞 in Foshan, All the staff at breakfast area was very very helpful 10/10 The service, however, was top-notch. The staff were courteous, efficient, and always willing to lend a helping hand. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and all other facilities Thanks to Ella,Leno,Mandy and all , who went above and beyond to ensure our stay seamless and enjoyable.they are very professional and supportive. Check out was great 👍 and easy just in 1 minute Overall, I would highly recommend the Swissotel Foshan Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay with very reasonableand economical.
