We truly enjoyed our stay at Al Ghurair Swissôtel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were traveling with our 6-month-old child, and everyone was so friendly and kind to him, which made us feel very comfortable as parents. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the location is ideal with direct access to the mall and nearby transport. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all staff, specially to Ye Phone & Shovana to take care of of us every morning during the breakfast. I also would like to recomed the high tea at the Yasmine longe, Hema and Me me made our experience unforgettable!

The hotel is outdated and needs urgent renovation. It has a terrible service, an awful and extremely strange smell, and the bed was not comfortable. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Poor Customer Handling This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have had. I booked my room through Expedia shortly after midnight and immediately went to the front desk to explain that my wife and I needed the room for that same night due to an early morning flight. We were exhausted and simply needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I asked if the reservation could be adjusted accordingly. The front desk flatly refused to help, showed no flexibility, and directed me to contact Expedia for a refund and make a new booking instead. As a result, and with no reasonable alternative, I was forced to pay an additional $200 for a second booking just to get access to a room. When I contacted Expedia and requested a refund for the original reservation, I was informed that the hotel refused to authorize any refund. This was entirely preventable and reflects a complete lack of customer care, accountability, and basic hospitality. Although the room itself was acceptable, that is irrelevant when the overall experience is handled so poorly. The inconvenience, financial loss, and stress caused by the hotel’s rigid and unhelpful approach completely ruined my stay. I checked out the next day extremely dissatisfied, having received no assistance or resolution from the hotel. I would not recommend this property to late-night travelers or anyone who expects reasonable customer service when issues arise.
