Great location with no street noise but lots of noise in the corridor. Rooms tired with electric wires (for mirror) exposed in bathroom. I was located opposite a fitness suite and an alarm sounded a regular interval up to Midnight.

Had 6 (six) nights accomodation in SWISSOTEL - Amsterdam (family holiday) and the hotel is perfect ; friendly stuff (and helpful), good breakfast , confy rooms. Close to all attractions and commercial streets.

Noisy. I asked the top floors , they put me in first floor, the street 24 h noisy . Also size of room was disappointed. No body helps you in luggages. Taxi can’t park in the front of gate

Our stay was disappointing overall. When we first checked in, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, which was not the standard we expected. The shower was very poor quality. The room was also extremely small, making it uncomfortable for two guests. In addition, only one bathrobe was provided despite the booking being for two people, and the bathrobe itself was of very poor quality. The one positive aspect of our stay was the reception team. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made every effort to provide good service. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, room size, and lack of basic amenities meant that our overall experience did not meet our expectations.
