Matthias, the hotel manager, very proactive and extremely attentive to every need, hotel staff very friendly and responsive, nice premises with cozy family room, well maintained gardens, and last but not the least, good coffee by barista Abdel!

The adult hotel is very poorly serviced: the food couldn't be worse, it is brought from another hotel, cold, overcooked. Very poor selection. The hotel didn't have a bathroom for 3 days, they offered to change the room only after 3 days. The sunbeds by the pools are occupied with towels from 8 am, and there are no places, there are no places by the sea.

I’m used to different level of comfort. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, or you should provide us with different scale of evaluation. I would rate it 6 out of 10. Won’t come back definitely, sorry🫠

The staff was very nice. I liked everything very much. The area is beautifully maintained. The room needs renovation.
