I visited Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh All Inclusive Collection on January 18, 2026, with a group full of kids—and let me tell you, it is truly one of the best family resorts I have ever experienced. From the moment you walk into the resort, you’re immediately wrapped in a sense of calm. There’s an instant feeling of peace that makes you forget about stress and anxiety. The reception team was incredibly welcoming, especially with the kids. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything we needed to know to fully enjoy the resort. The rooms were excellent—spotless, comfortable, and regularly cleaned. Ramadan رمضان,, who was responsible for our room, was exceptional. He was attentive, professional, and always made sure the complimentary minibar was fully stocked. His attention to detail really stood out. The resort offers a wide variety of activities and entertainment: waterparks, multiple swimming pools, a kids’ club, adult spa facilities, and some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. It’s a large resort, but they make getting around effortless with golf carts operating around the clock. They even take you to the stunning private beach overlooking the beautiful shores of the Red Sea—no long walks required. As a parent with multiple kids, I truly appreciated the attentive lifeguards at every pool. It gave me peace of mind while the kids were swimming. Around the pools, you’ll also find ice cream stations, coffee shops, and bars, ensuring you have everything you need—all included in your booking. The food deserves special praise. It’s so diverse that each restaurant feels like stepping into a different country. Abu Mahmoodابومحمود, , whom we met at one of the restaurants, was one of the kindest staff members—engaging with the kids, chatting with the adults, and making everyone feel genuinely welcome. Mohammed, one of the waiters, was equally kind and thoughtful; he even made a flower out of a napkin for my daughter, which completely amazed her. And the barista at the coffee shop makes one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had—perfectly setting the mood for the day. The spa was incredibly relaxing. The massage was outstanding—I actually fell asleep during it because it was that soothing. The spa also includes a Turkish hammam, steam and sauna rooms, and a small snack station in the spa lobby. They even offer yoga instructors and fitness trainers throughout the resort. When night falls and it’s time for adult entertainment, the resort really comes alive. They offer global-themed shows and music, including Samba dancers, a Queen tribute band featuring a performer who did an impressive Freddie Mercury, and an incredible Cuban band (Havana Spirit), among others. If the music keeps you going and you’re not ready to call it a night, the Sky Lounge is the place to be. Their DJ turns it into a high-energy after-party where you can dance the night away. The resort also offers valet and shuttle services to take you wherever you need—whether to the airport or nearby locations—saving you from the chaos and hassle of street vendors. Swissôtel Sharm El Sheikh truly runs like clockwork. All essential services are seamlessly provided, including a strong security presence with guards patrolling at all times. Even basic maintenance is handled immediately—I once called an electrician around 12:00 AM after forgetting to insert the room card to activate the electricity, and he showed up right away and resolved the issue. This place is genuinely exceptional. If you’re hesitant about going, don’t be—just go. You’ll have the time of your life.

Very understanding and welcoming staff

Our family had a more than pleasant stay at the resort, and overall the experience was very positive. The services were excellent, and what truly made the difference was the staff: from the housekeeping team to the hotel staff, everyone was professional, helpful, and genuinely empathetic. They were always present, attentive to our needs, and made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. From this point of view, we were very satisfied as a family. The only aspect we would like to point out concerns the food. As an Italian family, although we generally ate well, we felt that both the buffet restaurant and the à la carte restaurants did not fully meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel, especially in terms of flavors and menu options that reflect Mediterranean tastes. The quality was acceptable, but the cuisine did not fully align with what we are used to. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, thanks above all to the excellent service and the outstanding attention of the staff.

The hotel is new and visually beautiful. Room cleaning was good, and the shuttle bus service was frequent and always on time. Unfortunately, these positives do not compensate for serious management and service issues. Birthday VIP Lounge Incident (28.12) I reserved a VIP Lounge in the morning with bartender Karim and reconfirmed it again at 14:00. In the evening, all VIP lounges were occupied. My wife and her mother were extremely upset and crying. Administrator Mohamed Maher briefly seated us in a VIP Lounge “for the owner,” then asked us to leave after 10 minutes because the owner did not allow guests there. We were moved to regular seats near the stage, offered champagne and fruit, but refused shisha (I had to pay for it myself). By the time this was done, the show was already over. This completely ruined an important family celebration. Other Issues • Pool area: Far too few sunbeds. After lunch, it’s almost impossible to find a place. • Main restaurant: Food is repetitive, and during peak hours there are not enough tables. • Aquapark: Water was extremely cold in December and unusable. • Staff behavior: At the bar, after saying “thank you,” we were told: “You can’t put thank you in my pocket.” Completely unacceptable. • New Year’s Eve: Very uncomfortable chairs. We requested a chair for our grandmother, but guests from another table took it, and we had to argue to get it back, ruining the evening. Food Poisoning & Guest Relations (01.01) After the New Year’s banquet, our aunt had 4–5 vomiting episodes. We strongly suspect undercooked lobster due to the kitchen rushing. Guest Relations (Elsa) initially refused a free doctor, calling it an “individual case.” Only after asking for the complaint book did they agree to provide a doctor. Conclusion This hotel is overloaded and lacks experience. Management prioritizes occupancy over guest comfort, safety, and basic respect. Overbooking, poor organization, and refusal to take responsibility are serious issues. The hotel is not ready to provide quality service at this level.
