Comfortable rooms, good friendly staff, tasty food.wery clean. Beautiful green territory, beautiful flowers. Good aquapark, Like gym and sauna. Wery much like the Brazilian show, Queen show, The sound was too loud, need profesional sound engineer, sound was ower 105db. This is extremly loud and dangerous to ears. Wery dangerous to little kids who running close to speakers. I am profesional event maker in Latvia. if you want you can contact me, i will consult your menegers about this. wery good saxophone player. didnt like the musicians before the shows, exclude the saxophone player. Kids club girls, wery passive, need more energy, and better interesting activities. we think miniclub need to be open all day. owerall we enjoyed the stay in Swissotel. Thank you.

Food is not very tasty, every day is almost the same menu. Water in the swimming pools are cold, even in that one which heated during the winter. Waiters ignoring you or swearing at their language, you can’t have drink during meals without giving someone a tip. Reception desk helpers didn’t want to help us with late check out. No place to eat during main meals

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices every day. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and the beautiful surroundings. Thank you for making our vacation so special. We would definitely love to come back again and will gladly recommend your hotel to our friends and family

I was disappointed with the quality of imported alcoholic beverages: for example, I asked for Jim Beam whiskey and from a bottle with this label I was offered another alcoholic beverage of poor quality and with a different taste than what I knew. When I asked the bartender about this, he replied that it was a local drink. I complained about this to the customer relations person and she summoned the restaurant manager who offered me a new bottle of this brand and he told me that it would be reserved just for me and that he would investigate the situation. To educate myself, I tried this drink at several of the bars in the hotel complex and I had the same disappointment, finding that it is a hotel policy to serve fake drinks in original bottles.

All the staff are truly amazing from the buggy staff to the restaurant staff etc. always smiling and helpful. The only downside to the hotel is that the food is not fresh. It’s always cold from all the restaurants we went to in the hotel. Please take note on this. Ask them to make and serve uiy hot food. Great hotel but they ruin it with serving cold food.
