I checked in with Anthony and he was abrupt and ill informed on certain hotel and Accor policies, I did further clarify this with management, hopefully they follow through.

Mostly nice experience. Two part need improve, 1 is the spa room only open until 10, and it’s not kids friendly. Another is inside the room can hear people talk outside clearly, and step sound from other room.

The stay, from the check in process to checking out was smooth and efficient. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were pleasant and courteous. This hotel is our preferred hotel in Osaka and the location is most convenient.

A clean, well-appointed room with a great view of Osaka despite being on one of the lower floors. The barrier-free rooms was one of the better I have encountered so far in Japan although there was a tendency to slide off the shower chair and the toilet could do with a retractable rail for additional security. I enjoyed a deep sleep thanks to the comfortable mattress and linen.
