good location; staff very respectful and efficient; quick and no hassle check-in/check-out; room is good size for 3 persons; all my booking requests were met, with extra bed already place and towels/cups for 3 people already set when we checked in... only comment is hope that TV will have more channels... we are pretty much stuck watching cnn/bbc the whole time as others were mostly local or not really interesting channels... but otherwise, very good stay....

Our first day the room smelled HEAVILY of spray which we assumed was just the signature scent but by day 2 it was clear the spray was to cover up cigarette smells. The walls were dirty, the bathtub needed to be resurfaced, and the experience was not the same as other 5 star hotels we stayed at in Japan such as no night time turn down service, no one brought our bags to the room, we did not use the sustainability sign and still did not get clean towels, amenity kit was not replaced, elevators had long waits.

Our second time to stay at Swissotel nankai. Rooms are clean with friendly, helpful staff. The best thing is the location- easy to get to anywhere/everywhere one’s heart desires! Definitely would stay again for our next visit to Osaka.

The hotel is located right by the train station. There are lots of options for food and also within 3-5 min walk from shopping area. We only walked to do our shopping. The rooms are well maintained and you feel value for your money
