The reservation was made through a travel agency. It was my first time using the Nankai line. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide one printed information handout explaining the hotel for guests. The breakfast ranks below average compared to other five-star hotels I have stayed at. However, due to the excellent location, I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.

I had an excellent stay at Swissôtel. The hotel offers a prime location with very convenient access to transport, shopping, and key attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with very comfortable bedding. Staff were consistently professional, attentive, and efficient from check-in to check-out. Overall, the experience was smooth, comfortable, and met a high international standard. I would gladly stay again and recommend it without hesitation.
