Loved everything, a little disappointed in the hot tub and pool area, with a private onsen that was not available to us and alot of stairs with a potential slippery floor, not very big hot tub and not very hot

This hotel was beautiful and in a great location, the room was a great size, it was very comfortable, the breakfast had great variety and the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The only very minor problem we had was that the wifi connection didn’t work for me and was very weak intermittently cutting out for my partner. Other than that, we had an absolutely lovely stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The bed had wheels and your staff said they cant lock the bed. I booked a suite room - paid extra money and they told me this room has a problem. Nightmare. Never again and will male sure none of my friends also stay

I am actually quite disappointed since my last stay was in 2023. The water pressure in the shower is damn disappointing, i dont remember this happen during my last stay. The electricty socket should be upgraded to usb c. I was offered 6 welcome drinks when i checkin with 3 rooms but later when i brought my friends up for the welcome drinks 2 days later at the bar on the highest floor, i was turned down. This has caused me so much embarrassment. Other than being very well located, i will really reconsider staying here again on my next trip. However this decision has really nothing to do with the embarrassment I faced unless rooms undergone some maintenance upgrade such as the shower and the powerpoint for the price i am paying.
