Overall very nice experience, but details need to get better - like not trained staff at the breakfast - nobody offered us to order from A la carte menu, bio sauna is not working, it was too hot at the room and the temparature setting was unable to do any difference.

Rooms are modern and large. Hotel never seemed crowded , very relaxing and breakfast was one of the best we have ever had.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s comfortable, cozy, and beautifully designed, with a great attention to detail in the interiors. The rooms and amenities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the spa. The staff genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible, which made a big difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again.

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, well renovated, and amazing 5 stars breakfast. Though improvement exists - lighting in the room turns out by every move, even during the night, and wakes up everyone, this was very dissapointing and ruined our stay. The staff is nice, but could have been more improved to be professional and behave like in 5 star hotel. Wellness is nice, but swimming pool temperatur is very cold, plus there's no music in wellness nor in bar, making ambiente a bit plastic. But I appreciate free water in wellness. Make small tuning and this could be top hotel in the area.
