While the overall service was good, my experience at the reception desk was deeply disappointing. I was initially informed that my hotel credits had been fully utilized, even though I had not used any of them. Upon my insistence, the receptionist investigated further and acknowledged that the credits were indeed intact, initially stating they could only be applied to future stays. However, through an established email correspondence with another reservation specialist, it had been explicitly agreed that these credits would be refunded directly to my original payment method. It was only after I presented the email thread as concrete evidence that he agreed to process the refund to my original form of payment. Had I simply taken him at his word and not pressed the matter, I would have unjustly lost credits valued at nearly SAR 2000.

My experience at Swissôtel Makkah was truly exceptional, and I cannot thank the team enough for their outstanding service, professionalism, and honesty. What made my stay especially memorable was that I lost my diamond ring, a very precious item to me, and the hotel team went above and beyond to find it and return it to me. Their honesty, integrity, and genuine care touched me deeply and restored my faith in the exceptional values that true hospitality represents. This experience proves that Swissôtel Makkah is not only about luxury, comfort, and excellent service, but also about having a team with remarkable morals and a real commitment to their guests. A special thank you to everyone involved in finding my ring and making sure it was returned safely. I will always remember this gesture with gratitude. Highly recommended for the exceptional service, luxurious experience, and, most importantly, the honesty and integrity of its team. Swissôtel Makkah truly deserves five stars!

★★★★★ 5/5 – Wonderful Stay at Swissôtel Makkah! I had a fantastic stay at Swissôtel Makkah. The location is excellent, with very easy access to the Holy Haram, making it extremely convenient for prayers. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful variety of delicious food. Everything was lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to return. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!
