The location was very convenient. A short distance to the Haram & very ideal as we travelled with elderly people. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was well maintained. Would definitely stay there again In’Sha Allah.

Our luggage was delayed by the airport and Swiss hotel staff or more than helpful in trying to find them. They were very supportive and informed. Excellent customer service, would definitely stay here again
