The room we got was with Kaaba view, highly recommended, you really get a great view. The location go the hotel is very convenient and the staff are really welcoming and helpful. Turki at reception was kind and very accommodating, I stayed at another hotel in the towers, this one is by far better. Will definitely come back!

Amazing experience - hotel located less than 2 minutes of walk to the haram and very well maintained - family friendly (super) and very good breakfast - highly recommended for first timers with family

Check in was easy. The receptionist Turki had a smile. That is different than the rest of the 3 times we have been there. Morning buffet was not great. Not very thought out menu. Evening buffet supervisor Mr. Shakeel was amazing. He was seen interacting with guest, helping the table staff, and made sure our table had Kadak every night.
