This was my first time with swissotel hotel, but I must say it was excellent. Staff, housekeeping , breakfast, cleaneness location everything was perfect. Must recomend everyone.

Got upgraded to Kaaba view and bigger room because of status. This was my 3rd stay here in last 1.5 yrs and I choose them again and again due to easy access to haram via one elevator and 2 access points - mall and street. Great service although they could do better on breakfast item rotation day to day and have more egg stations etc where lines get long.

Check-in staff at the Accor desks could be a bit more efficient; they took more time than necessary. The room was not ready, even though we had confirmed the arrival time in advance. Dining experience was great, Mohsin (senior supervisor) was very welcoming and Shakeer (restaurant)was very helpful - Thanks.
