We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. After experiencing a lot of difficulties due to our flight being canceled during the war situation, the hotel manager and staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They went out of their way to help us and generously offered us a new date for our stay. We truly appreciated their flexibility, compassion, and excellent hospitality. It made a difficult situation much easier for us. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for the comfort and quality of the stay, but especially for the wonderful and caring staff. Thank you for making our experience so positive!

Everything was wonderful, we loved our stay. Thank you to Waseem for early check in , much appreciated- only issue was with reception not giving us a permit for driver to collect us even though we asked several times- caused alot of delay for our collection
