My confirm reservations for suit and bedroom Kaaba view was cancelled once I arrived at the reception !!!! The reason was I did not pay !!! If you read the reservation guaranty written in the reservation : will be by valid credit card. You have to respect and trust the people coming to the most religious place in the world. With your reason of cancelling the reservation ( most of the visitors that day ) , you break the hotels system in the world, much more rapping the people and force them to get another rooms wither higher and higer price …. In addition that bad service to get our luggage to and from the room , it takes around 1 hour!!!! Sorry , We will never or recommend stay at that hotel in the future.

The location and service were excellent, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room felt quite tight this time. During our previous stay, the room was for 3 people, but it seems to have been converted into a room for 4 now, which made the space less comfortable. Since I made the booking in advance, I was hoping for a more spacious arrangement. The bathroom also felt a bit outdated, and the sink tap was quite worn out.

It was our first stay at Swissotel, and it was fabulous. From the moment we walked in to the hotel until the moment we checked out. The staff were very professional and welcoming. The hotel porter, reception, housekeeping, restaurant... everyone was very helpful and provided a great service. Hicham, the restaurant Manager and his staff, were always there greeting the guests during Iftar time buffet, and making sure customer satisfaction is met. The whole stay was unforgettable.

I celebrate my birthday here The staff kindly offered room upgrade, early check in and even surprise cake and momento to my room. They also allowed late check out The room is spacious with great view of kaabah. It is clean, well presented and really look luxury Thank you to lovely lady attending me I did not get her name as my bank card having a problem but she is profesional, good looking with nice smile.
