I chose the kaaba view, it was th best experience of my life and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the stay and will come here again.

During the stay all were good, but after checking out one lady called me to ask that i took one small towel from the hotel, but i was there for Omra not for stolen I can’t accept this kind of accusation and never the way that she talk with me even this number +966 54… when I contacted the to have more information they give me a rude answer. All was perfect but the client relationship it wasn’t professional I will not recommend this hotel even for particular or travel company
