Loved my stay. Front desk agents should be be more welcoming and friendly. Where as house keeping attendant are very friendly and welcoming.

The experience was simply great, the location was very convenient, the room was very comfortable, the restaurant was had a very diverse and delicious options, the cherry on top was the staff these guys were really great very accommodating and extremely helpful. I would definitely be staying with them next time I’m in town.

First, we came in to makkah, on 23th dec 2025. I already booked 4 night (23-27th Dec 2025) in Swissotel with breakfast and dinner. For 2 person. Me and my wife. From Accor ALL aplication in my HP, No. Reservasi PWTLBFBD. When i came in the hotel, in 6.00 pm, I was afraid, The staf in reception, said to me, that I can not sleep there. He said we can sleep there but we have to buy the room directly to reception. I was shock. And because I was in tired condition, after long trip from Jakarta, So i buy the room, for 4 night, with breakfast and dinner, to the reception. I just disappointed, very disappointed because I can not get my benefit in Accor member. They just take my point in Accor, arround 6 thousand. We come the second, after finished go to madinah, back again to makkah, we go back to swissotel, 2th Jan 2026 , for 3 night. I booked again from accor ALL aplication in my HP. And I was arrived in hotel, around 22.00 pm. No. Reservasi QBCLDPLF. The staf reservation, Mr. Muhammad, Very Helpfull, and He serve us with good attitude. And now we success to used our second Accor booking from Accor ALL aplication (QBCLDPLF) in swissotel makkah. And we can got my benefit point in Accor from our second Booking. But The first one, 4 night, with dinner and breakfast, They just take my benefit point. And I Disapointed because lose my benefit point, even i stayed in same hotel and in the same time (23th - 27 th Dec 2025).

A short out to all of the Swissotel staff,from the Reception desks,Concierge,cleaning staff all the way to the Restaurant staff.Especially the Restaurant staff meember,hats off to them,for still being able to be so courteous,obliging n cheerful while handling the massive,and non stop flow of guests that cones for breakfast.Very impressive!! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and welcomed.

The staff were very accommodating from the beginning of the stay until leaving the hotel, they managers are very supportive and welcoming they assisted us a lot in the stay. The view is amazing, one of the best if not the best. The room is very neat, clean and comfortable provided with the most luxurious services and amenities which makes your trip so much easier. The food quantity at the restaurant is sufficient to accommodate all the guests which is a great relief. The location is very close to the haram so it will be easier to reach all prayers on time.
