I would like to first point out how impressed I am by the professionalism and kindness of all staff members we interacted with. From the house keeping team, reception and other departments, everyone was a delight and supportive to make our stay comfortable. Also, the breakfast was superb and the room also had all the amenities required, if we also had a microwave that would have made it even better. I would definitely choose the hotel again.

Yesterday was our first Umrah. I brought my two elderly parents, who have difficulty walking, and the hotel staff upgraded us from a city view to a room with a view of the Kabah. May Allah reward your kindness, thank you for everything.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptional Stay at Swissôtel Makkah As an Accor member, I couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay at Swissôtel Makkah. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. We were notified via WhatsApp that our key was ready, which made the check-in process incredibly smooth. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and granted access to the Executive Lounge — a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The food options throughout the hotel were excellent, with a well-balanced variety suitable for different tastes and dietary needs. Another major advantage is the hotel’s direct connection to the Makkah Tower Mall, plus a nearby food alley offering many convenient dining choices. Location-wise, Swissôtel Makkah is unbeatable. It is one of the closest hotels to Gate 1, providing direct access to the Mataf area — perfect for prayers and tawaf. For those performing Umrah, the exit after Sa’i leads straight toward the hotel, making the entire experience incredibly smooth. Nearby, you’ll also find several barbers, which is extremely convenient for completing the final steps of Umrah. Overall, Swissôtel Makkah delivered comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Holy City — especially fellow Accor members looking for a truly elevated stay.

I visited Makkah for Umrah with my family on November 26th, and our stay at Swissôtel Makkah was truly unforgettable. We had originally booked a city-view room, but upon check-in we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a full Kaaba view. Waking up to that view was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options suitable for both kids and adults. Everything was fresh, delicious, and well organized. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, making it easy for us to access the Haram and move around with the family. What stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality — the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their service truly made us feel welcomed and well cared for. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose Swissôtel Makkah again for future visits.
