Excellent service! Got a complimentary upgrade from executive suite to grand suite and the room was stunning! The option to select different pillows based on individual needs was really thoughtful. Love the gym facilities - clean, spacious, great view. Lastly, hotel is strategically located, directly connected to PIK Avenue with some late night food options in the mall and a supermarket opposite. Definitely coming back!

Great location and excellent value for money, especially the breakfast. The highlight of the stay was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to go out of their way to assist. The room was spacious, though a bit outdated and could benefit from some modernization, particularly the carpets. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would rate it 9 out of 10.

The one that makes me impressed the most is the arrival, my room was decorated amazingly with my fav Sailormoon character on my pillow case! Two thumbs up for Pak Ricky (FOM), Regina and her Guest Relations team!

The location is very strategic for the PIK area, but for a 5-stars hotel, it failed to meet my expectation. The bathroom door was a nightmare to open-close and the tv was worn out - very dark and you can see is about to give out - I don’t know why they haven’t replaced it. The room was also small for the price we pay

Only stayed for one night. Staff were very attentive and we appreciated the children’s gift of chocolate and cakes sent to our room after check in.
