From arrival to our departure we had an absolutely wonderful time. All the staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the beds sumptuous and the facilities perfect.

Staying at Swissôtel from July 14th to July 18th 2026, was a great experience ! Everything was super , and I'm always delighted to stay at this hotel. Huge thanks to the girl at the concierge at front desk for her incredible help , the guys for being so accommodating, and the room maid who did amazing job keeping my room spotless. Highly recommended !

We really loved the aesthetics and ambience of the Swissotel Bosphorus. Nestled in a more quieter but beautiful neighbourhood is has beautiful views. The lobby is very spacious and impressive. We loved the picturesque views from all the windows in the hotel. The staff at reception, doormen and porters were friendly, helpful and professional from the moment we arrived up until departure. Staff attended to requests promptly and housekeeping was really efficient and well executed with no disruption of time in the room. The club lounge was a great option and the menu catered for most of our dietary needs. Ms Onzür was very polite and lovely to chat to and her and Mr Balkan at the club lounge really deserves special mention. The concierge was very helpful in ensuring we enjoy great sightseeing tours and activities according to our needs. Our room was modern and spacious enough to accommodate 3 adults and the service from housekeeping was great. The porters/ doormen were the best - they made sure our transport delivered us to the correct location. We truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel. We loved that we could enjoy the buzz and crowds of Istanbuls busier parts and then return to our hotel that had its own ambience and buzz but a little more chilled.

Our stay was good. Their service was excellent. The food was a bit expensive and not great quality. The mattress was very saggy. They replaced it when I requested.
