My stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul was truly memorable and one of the best Accor experiences I have had. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location, breathtaking Bosphorus views, elegant surroundings, and a wonderful luxury atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Executive Lounge. The lounge is simply amazing — from the incredible view to the quality of food and beverages, everything was beautifully managed. The team working there deserves a special mention. They were extremely warm, professional, attentive, and made every visit feel personal. Their hospitality, smiles, and attention to detail made the lounge feel like a home away from home. A special appreciation to the entire Executive Lounge team for creating such a welcoming experience. They remembered preferences, always checked if everything was fine, and provided service that truly reflects the Swissôtel standard. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, beautiful restaurants, and a relaxing luxury environment. The location makes it easy to explore Istanbul while returning to a peaceful and premium retreat after a busy day. As an ALL member, this was exactly the kind of experience that makes you appreciate the Accor family. Amazing location with the best views of the Bosphorus. Having a drink in the lobby cafe is a must do at the end of a busy day. We had a fantastic check in experience with Meriç Ceyhun, who provided outstanding service.

The hotel and room was ok, but I did not felt that I’m a ALL gold member when it comes to room selection as an example, after having checked in I realized that I could get a better view than my room for the same category.

last visit to the hotel was in 2013, the refurb since was very succesful, the rooms spacious, good beds and crispy linnen. Great breakfast, nice gardens and swimming pools, attentive service everywhere
