It was fantastic. I would like to say thanks to Chef Mehmet for his hospitality and delicious pastry. To the very handsome Manager of Gabbro who gave us a fantastic seat in one of the cabaret shows. To the room cleaner, I forgot his name but he’s a man who cleaned my room (854) in most days from February 23-27, 2026. To the concierge for being friendly and helpful in navigating the area. I’ll never forget my stay. Service, View, and food were all fantastic.

I was charged a 1000 euro deposit and until now one week later the money is not released to me. I have stayed in many swissotel around the world and none of them ask me for deposit.

My stay in the Swiss hotel Bosphorus- Istanbul was again an excellent experience. It was so comfortable, so warm, I felt like being at home again. The kahvalti was so delicious. The personnel as usual very welcoming, nice and super helpful at every moment. I am looking forward to coming back.
