Stayed here 11 years ago when it was Rayaan by Rotana and had an amazing experience so chose to come back, but left very disappointed. The rooms are same and dated. Much need of modernisation. Not enough lighting in the room and hallway, very dark in evening. Towels are extremely thin. We requested a walk in shower, we were told only suites and family rooms have them, but found out at checkout that there are rooms with walk in showers. The bathtub is very hard to get in and out of due to the wide marble. Never see any staff who greet or welcome you when you arrive into the hotel each day. No complementary water at poolside or sauna which is a must in this heat. Staff at spa were very unwelcoming on both occasions when we went to make enquiries. I would say this is a 3 star hotel. Unlikely to return to this hotel again.

This Hotel is fantastic , inside Al Ghurair Mall and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and near from naif Souq.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. However, the dining experience was disappointing compared to my previous stays at Swissôtel. The Indian breakfast options were very limited. There were no items like dosa or idli, and the overall variety was much less than expected. In comparison, Hyatt Place offers a much wider selection of food at nearly half the price, despite being a 4-star hotel. Another issue was the complimentary bottled water. We were traveling with two young children, but the amount of water provided was very limited. It would be appreciated if families were given additional water without having to request it. Overall, the room was good, but the food quality and guest amenities have declined since my previous visits, making this stay average rather than excellent
