It was a birthday staycation. All staff were extremely helpful. Anas, Mustafa,Damien, Glaiza, Patrick, Waseem, everyone in the front desk were amazing. Also taofik. Romeo Edelsa in Housekeeping. Will definitely come back.

Everything was excellent. But there’s room for improvement for house keeping staff. Sometimes the towels will be missing. Sometimes vacuum will not be done.

From the moment we arrived, the concierge team made us feel so welcomed, and every member of staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. A special thank you to Asad Ali, who took such wonderful care of our room. On our last night, he surprised us with the sweetest little heart made from towels on the bed — such a simple yet incredibly thoughtful gesture that made our final evening even more special. 🤍 And a heartfelt thank you to Khalid, the restaurant manager, whose warmth and hospitality stood out. He personally assisted in arranging a beautiful cake for my dad’s 60th birthday, adding such a special touch to an already memorable celebration. 🎂✨ It’s the little details, the genuine smiles, and the people who make you feel truly cared for that turn a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable stay. The hotel is very well located and conveniently attached to a mall ( would recommend for families with kids ) It is also close to Al Rigga food street, the metro station, and other transportation options, which are available 24 hours. All the team members were very helpful and welcoming, starting right from the doorman. I was particularly impressed with their honesty and assistance when I accidentally left some of my belongings in the room and only realized it after returning home. My friend contacted the hotel, and the staff simply requested an email authorization before handing over my belongings to him. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, a very convenient location with friendly, helpful, and trustworthy staff. I would be happy to stay here again
