We had a great experience staying in Swissotel Al ghurair. The staff from front desk Demien is very accomodating and helpful, I would like to thank also the receptionist Grace , Naveen in pool area very friendly and special thanks to Mr. khaleed for making my daughters birthday extra special at Liwan Restaurant when We had our family breakfast. Overall experience was so great. You guys are Amazing! Definitely recommend to our relatives and friends.

Unfortunately I thought swissotel will be the same as usual in other country. I had been shocked of the kind of the services and the quality. The team have no idea if the hotel provide valet parking or not specially the receptionist Diab! No one provide the information or the location of the parking The rooms are very far also the elevators. The total experience is bad.

The hotel is well located next to the metro. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got a room upgrade.
