An Excellent and Enjoyable Stay I had a very enjoyable stay at Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair. The one-bedroom apartment offered a beautiful city view, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Having a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel was extremely convenient, with easy access to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The gym facilities were outstanding, with a well-equipped fitness center suitable for a complete workout. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mustafa Ashour, the hotel manager, for his personal attention and genuine commitment to ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His professionalism and hospitality made a real difference to my overall experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair and truly enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who made our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. Its location is excellent, with easy access to the shopping mall, restaurants, and Union Metro Station, making it very convenient for exploring Dubai, especially when travelling with family. We particularly appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and the efforts of the staff to ensure that guests feel at home. Travelling with children can sometimes be challenging, but staying here made our family holiday much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, Swissôtel Al Ghurair exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai, especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay special. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Dubai!
