Amazing location, great staff: Karen Rosario at business center, Sandra at the reception, Sandeep at the doors, and Mr. Aymann at the breakfast, all made my stay really nice. However a couple things made my stay not 10/10. There were renovations above my room all day long that prevented me from a good sleep, nothing to be done about it. And a misunderstanding with one of the breakfast staff, that was solved immediately by Mr. Aymann the manager, a really profesional and kind man. I would definitely comeback to stay at the Al Murooj.

The location nearby the dubai mall makes the walk just about bearable in the intense heat. The room is extremely spacious and the beds are comfy. However, the appliances and such are dated - there are no power sockets near the beds for charging phones, the fridge is small, and the air conditioning was actually too powerful, no matter how we tried to set it. Thankfully, the stay was quiet and pleasant. Staff were fantastic.

Our family stayed for 2 nights and everything was great and the staff were very friendly and approachable and helpful. The air conditioning and great pool area made the heat in Dubai a lot more bearable. Thank you for a great place to stay.
