Great stay. Supriya at the front desk was very hospitable and made the stay memorable. I arrive early from a red eye flight, and Supriya arranged for breakfast and the use of the hotel's facilitities, whilst the room was being prepared. Concierge gave really good recommendations on where I could get items like Dubain Chocolates and places to visit during my short business trip. Will definitely return again for leisure. 10 mins walk from the Dubai Mall. Very convenient.

Rooms were nice and modern (recently renovated), breakfast buffet was excellent and location was convenient - walking distance to Dubai mall. I would happily stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at Swissotel, it was luxurious, clean, and had everything you needed. Fantastic friendly staff, great pool area with bar, i was amazed there was an English pub attached to the hotel. Had an amazing massage by Putri in the spa, highly recommend and the Spa staff were friendly, Hardian was exceptional and very professional, i also got to use the steam room and sauna. The hotel is in a great location, the Dubai shopping mall very close by. I will definitely stay here again. it was such a relaxing stay.
