Location is perfect for visiting both, Dubai mail and DIFC

Upon arrival I was given an extremely smelly room facing and enormously noisy crossroad. Upon complaint, I was offered the exact same room just one level higher. It took me another inquiry to get a room in which I could actually sleep. The restaurant is as nice as a youth hostel in terms of furniture, atmosphere and food quality (I hope I'm not upsetting any youth hostel - there might be better ones).

We stayed for 3 nights and we found the hotel to be in a perfect location. We were welcomed warmly by a number of very friendly and helpful staff, who took our luggage as our room wasn’t ready.i want in particular to mention a locket man called ‘Sunday’ who was a delight and in the hundreds who passed through remembered our names the next morning. We had arrived very early in the morning after an all night flight, so we understood this. However we were told we could avail of the spa area to change and shower etc. which we did. After a few hours of sightseeing we came back to our room (1030) which was perfect. It was clean and comfortable and quite big. Wonderful large shower and amenities (shower gels etc). Breakfast was included and what a choice and array of options, which set us up for the day. All in all - a great hotel - only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of the facilities this hotel has to offer. .

Great location with short walking distance to Dubai Mall. Very clean hotel. Double Decker pub has excellent food. Swimming pool personnel polite and very professional lifeguards. The access to the swimming pool strange throw the gym and lots of stairs. Also the pub can only be reached by going out of the hotel. Versatile breakfast but the hot plates does not keep the food warm.

We stayed at Swissotel for two nights. The location was amazing - kitty-corner from the Dubai Mall. We loved walking the perimeter of the property with all the retail shops at street level. Right in our block - the supermarket, upscale dinner, 24/7 Shwarma place, pharmacy, gluten-free bakery. And that's without crossing the street! Our room was comfortable; bathroom not cramped. Breakfast in the hotel was very varied - anything we could possibly want!
