Generally the staff were really good. The hotel itself is in need of some freshening up. And maintenance is not up to scratch. -rooms are not properly cleaned maintenance seems to be an issue (lights in room not working etc.)

I am only worried about the rates I understand some months there are peak season and to say I am a corporate client but always when I see the actual rate and the corporate rates it’s not much difference I have always stayed at Swiss hotel for the past 15 years.Please consider next time for the rates.
