I had a wonderful stay at Swissotel Al Ghurair Dubai. The hospitality throughout my visit was excellent, with staff always being warm, attentive, and ready to help. A special highlight was the lovely birthday celebration arranged for my brother—it truly made my stay memorable and showed the team’s attention to detail and care for guests. I would also like to mention Mr. Ye Phone at the poolside, who provided outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect while I was relaxing by the pool. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for both comfort and exceptional service.

Had a very pleasant stay at Swissotel Al Ghurair in Dubai. The staff were consistently polite and professional, which made the experience even more comfortable. Special thanks to Patrick at the Front Desk for being incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. When my flights were canceled due to the Middle East airspace closure, the hotel kindly extended my stay at a special rate something I truly appreciated during a stressful situation.
