Water for shower could go from normal to dripping, hot to cold.

We had some issues when we arrived, as we were support to be in a higher level suite being Gold members, however, it seems that our assigned room was given to away! I discussed it with the front desk manager, and her solved the issue very quickly. Everyone was eager to help and assist and make our stay exceptional .
