This marks my fifth stay at Swissôtel, and once again, it feels like a true home away from home. During my previous visit, I stayed for over 60 days, and this time, I’m here for more than two weeks. The warm hospitality and professionalism of the front desk team continue to impress me—they consistently go above and beyond to make each stay comfortable. I’m particularly pleased to see noticeable enhancements in the breakfast restaurant. Compared to my last visit, there's been a clear uplift in service quality and menu diversity. It’s evident that your team has undergone guest service training, as the attentiveness and efficiency have greatly improved. The inclusion of seasonal and regional delicacies adds a thoughtful and delightful touch to the overall experience. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, they pale in comparison to the many positives and the dedication shown by your entire team. Thanks for the birthday cake . We stayed 2adults and 2 children. Everyday I had to call to ask 2 additional towels and bottles of water. May be next time, it’s better to accommodate that in terms of persons staying together.
