Travelling in several hotels during the year, this was one of my latest best stay. Perfect position, fantastic room, wonderful view, a helpful staff.. I really enjoyed every single moment at Swissôtel. I just had a small issue before my arrival, trying to contact the staff by mail several times without getting a feedback. This has been solved with a phone call. A special thanks to Houaida from Executive Lounge and Elena in charge of breakfast desk: you made a great job!
