We were assigned to stay at this hotel and from the moment of walking through the doors to check out, we were taken care of by each high quality staff member - from the front desk, to the buffet, the spa, cleaning crew and everyone else in between. Everyone made sure we were well taken care of and in positive spirits. I felt so lucky and grateful to have been staying at the Swissotel. We arrived before February 28, and until that moment we had a perfect experience at the hotel. The suite was spectacular, impeccably clean, the staff friendly and attentive, and the spa and fitness area absolutely top‑notch. One of the restaurants offered a 5‑star‑level buffet for Iftar (month of Ramadan), which we truly enjoyed. And then the war between the USA and Iran began. In this situation, the airspace was closed, which created an unprecedented situation for everyone. I can only bow to the hotel staff, they received 400 people from one minute to the next, and they managed everything with extraordinary calm, kindness, and efficiency. Everyone remained so friendly, calm, positive, and helpful. Truly incredible. They did everything they possibly could for us. The entire team was put to a very hard test, and they handled it with excellence. I have only the best words and the highest recommendations for this hotel.

My stay was unexpected but it was a lovely relaxing and comfortable experience thanks to the excellent customer service in all areas of the hotel. The rooms were lovely with daily cleaning. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was excellent with lots of choices to suit all guests but the customer service provided by all staff was of a very high standard and very much contributed to a really enjoyable stay.
