My suite was really beautiful, but if things are to be improved, the wardrobe on the right as one enters should be better indicated. I spent a long time looking for hotel slippers because while bathrobes and the safe were in clear view, the slippers were hidden away in the wardrobe! My main problem was that the room was so cold, even though I turned off the air-conditioning as soon as I came in, it remained too cold because it seemed difficult to adjust the temperature. A less complicated coffee machine is probably in order: although the one in my suite was changed, the replacement worked on the first day but not the second. Lastly, what a surprise that Al Jazeera news was not one of the available stations: one had to watch it on YouTube! Other than this, I found Swissotel great. The staff were friendly and attentive and as I said, the suite was beautiful and very modern.
