Awesome days at Damian Jasna. Hotel structure is super nice, staff is super friendly and location is great. Even in high season conditions of the staying were ok, without big disruptions.

Everything was great in terms of interior, location, spa and the breakfast that was superb and worth of special mention. From minus side there were technical issues in the room with lights that were not switching off but also not intuitive as well as master bedroom toilet that was not flushing and also the air conditioning/ventilation that was not functional during our stay. Also, the staff did not provide any solutions when reported four times about the toilet. Not what I usually have experienced in five star hotels. Sometimes simple solutions leave better impression that cutting edge gadgets.

Great service but in the 2 bedroom apartment we were missing mirrors. Would be great to have some long mirrors and perhaps some above the writing desks .

Located close to the slopes, the hotel has all the facilities for a good ski experience, including ski storage and equipment area, not to mention the exceptional views from the top floors in the spa and outdoor heated pool. Overall, the atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing. We enjoyed the lobby area and piano bar. Besides this, the services are very good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Visiting Jasna with the family was a great experience and Swissotel made it excellent. Definitely thinking to come back again next year.

Krasny hotel
