The hotel is excellent overall, but the wellness area was extremely overcrowded with people who were not hotel guests. It is a very strange policy to sell access to the wellness facilities to outsiders when the hotel already has many of its own guests who want to use them.

We were staying at the property for almost 8 days. However, the service (whilst you claiming to be a European standard hotel when not in Europe) was pathetic to say the least. None of the staff is experienced to solve our issues.

SPA is obviously great. And good hotel in general Two major downsides: - Pillows were really low quality, very soft, not supportive at all - Wine markup is completely ridiculous I can understand 100-150% markup, but 300%-500% if just insulting

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the disturbance my child and I experienced during our recent stay at your resort. Our first night was very pleasant. However, on the second night we were subjected to significant noise from the neighbouring room, including loud television and clearly audible intimate activity. The noise continued until approximately 1:00am, at which point I had to call reception twice in order to seek assistance, as it was preventing us from sleeping. I was staying at the resort for what was meant to be a quiet wellness break with my 10-year-old child following a recent bereavement in our family. The situation was deeply uncomfortable and upsetting, particularly given that my child was present. I was mortified that we were exposed to such clearly audible adult activity through what appears to be a connecting room. I appreciate that Kegan from reception followed up and that the manager contacted me at approximately 1:20am to confirm the noise had been addressed. However, my concern remains that connecting rooms should be managed more carefully — particularly where families with children are involved. While I respect that guests are entitled to privacy in their rooms, it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that other guests are not disturbed, especially in a wellness resort that promotes rest and relaxation. I would appreciate hearing what steps management intends to take to address this matter and prevent similar situations in future. I look forward to your response.

It was an amazing stay, the place is great. The staff are friendly and always welcoming. My issue is a bit strange but I let it slide. 3 out of the 4 doors in my executive suite had issues.
