We were in Almaty for a family vacation for a week during the christmas holidays. We stayed in Intercontinental and then moved to Swissotel. The first thought in our mind was why did we even stayed at Intercontinental and did not come to such a beautiful property earlier... the property is beautiful and unparallel... However, the staff interactions and poor hospitality took away that belief within hours of check in. Despite having such a beautiful resort property, it lacks the warmth and courteous staff which made us finally thank God that we did not stay in Swissotel for the full vacation..

Good experience of checking in and support with luggage being taken to the room. Nice food and service in the moxie bar.
