Here’s a sample Vitality conference break:

  • Morning: A coffee break with vitamin-rich, stress-relieving choices like kiwi and pear smoothies, berry muesli, or cherry iced tea.
  • Mid-morning: A salty snack to regulate your fluid circulation. Feta olive skewers, fresh cheeses, and shrimp wonton are a few examples.
  • Afternoon: A few small sweets to energise your body. Yes, there is chocolate.
